• Our effective training methods ensure that students gain all the necessary knowledge and skills during the training period. We offer Theory, Practical, Mock interviews and Personality Development (PD) classes in the job guarantee courses from the day ONE. By the time students complete their training, they are ready to crack interviews in most of the companies.  This is the reason why 80% of our students get placed in the first three interview attempts only.
• There are very few students who need more than three interview attempts to get placed. This normally occurs with those students who don’t take their training sessions regularly and seriously. We have noticed these students often skip classes, never come to the lab practices, or attend their PD classes. They join such courses for fun and hence lack sincerity. 
• Although there is no such limit on the number of interview opportunities you are offered before getting placed, but if you keep on getting rejected in different companies, then you might face a situation where there are very less or no companies left to apply. 
• To avoid the situation of rejection, we conduct mock interviews at our level before you face any interview. If you still fail in 5 interviews continuously, then we conduct another round of screening with one of our Senior Trainers. They assess your skills, advise you to fill the gaps and also give you few additional classes. After several revision sessions and a gap of one month, we again start the placement process for the same student. 
   

• 50% of our students get placed even before the completion of the CCIE training. Our Placement Team gets in touch with the students while they are perusing CCIE training and ask for their preferences of when they want to get placed.  Once they get their feedback thereon the Placement Team schedules the process of placing those students.
• Students who wish to complete their training first and then want to get placed will be offered job opportunities immediately after their training is finished. 
   

You can always ask Placement Department not to process your placement before the completion of training. Make sure that you inform placement team once your training is complete and ask them to align interview opportunities for you.

Yes, every student goes through Mock Interviews and screening rounds before facing real interviews. It helps us to shortlist candidates to match with the requirements of the clients. 

For example, Aricent always requires students with Excellent communication skills, whereas HCL requires excellent technical skills and average communication skills. It varies from company to company and profile to profile.

There’s no need to clear CCNA or CCNP exams. You can directly go for CCIE written exam. Just clear CCIE written exam, get placement and target for your CCIE lab exam within 1 year after the written examination.

• Communication skills play a vital role in getting you placed with the Top MNCs, which makes it as important as technical skills.
• If you have an average or poor communication skills, make sure you start giving at least 1 hour a day from the very beginning.
• We at NB provide 2 hours session per day of Spoken English and Personality development classes for free to our job guarantee students. If you never skip classes and commit to practice regularly, we assure that there will be a drastic improvement in your communication skills and personality at the end of the course.

• It totally depends on your skill sets. We have seen students of the same batch getting as low as 2 Lakhs package and as high as 7 Lakhs/yr.
• Average salary package of a candidate with good communication and technical skills could be anything between 3.5 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs per annum depending upon various factors like job location, company, profile, certification status, and skills.
• Students with poor communication skills and poor technical skills, are offered 1.8 Lakhs package or even lower sometimes. Not only this, these students had to wait for 4-6 months for their placements sometimes. These students often skip their classes, never come to the lab practices, or attend PD classes.

Some of our students prepare for CCIE Lab exams before getting placed. It completely depends on the choice of an individual. You can take your time, prepare and pass the CCIE lab exam. You need to get in touch with the Placement Department after clearing the exam.
