Would two routers form neighborship if network type mis-matches? If yes, would they exchange routes?

IF you have combination of point to point and multi-point , they will form neighborship and adjacency if you have configured same timers on both sides.(routes are also exchanged)

In mixture of broadcast and p2p , neighborship will form but no adjacency or routes seen( i have not tried it u can try it)
