Co-Founder & Group CEO - Network Bulls & Network Bulls Technologies,

You should go for Collaboration only and only if you already have some experience in Unified Communication. It would be better if you choose between CCIE Security Certification or CCIE Data Center Certification. Number of jobs in CCIE Security are more than CCIE Data Center, but you can not ignore the fact that Data Center engineers are very rare in industry, making DC engineers highly paid.

Your first choice should be to acquire CCIE DC Certification within 1 year from now. It will help you get a high paying job after 1 year and you can expect minimum 100% hike on your current package.

If you think you can not do DC due to unavailability of resources or interest, then you can go for CCIE Security. Undoubtedly CCIE Security offers a tremendous career, if compared with other Cisco domains or even non cisco profiles. All the best.
