When we create Context in ASA and VRF in Router how control plane and data plane works , both works seperately for each context ?

Yes for both IOS and ASA context/VRF divides control plane and forwarding plane traffic.

When traffic os recieved on the interface, device will find out traffic belongs to which context or VRF.
