I too watched this video on repeat years ago when I had such doubts for networking.

Now according to me, CCIE has tremendous scope in the networking domain. A skilled and trained Network Engineer today are worth looking after an organization network. 

These organizations hire Network Engineers who are either fresher or experienced but Cisco certification training is mandatory.
