The only eligibility for CCIE Security lab exam is a valid CCIE Security written certification.
Whenever you pass CCIE Security written exam you have 3 years to pass CCIE Security lab exam.
Initial attempt must be made within 18 months. And if you fail in your initial attempt then you must reattempt within a year to pass CCIE Security lab exam.
