You don't need to learn SDN right now, its not necessary right now.
Anyway new CCNAÂ Course and CCIE syllabus already has basics of SDN.
There are no jobs available for SDN freshers.

There's no any official Certification which can be used as PHD or Doctorate in Networking.
But CCIE Certification ranks up there, just ahead of any PHD subject covered by students.
If you are CCIE certified, that means you are cut above the rest.

Phase 2:
When SPOKE wants to communicate with another SPOKE, a dynamic SPOKE to SPOKE tunnel will get created!
CEF table for SPOKE2 from SPOKE1 route will be incomplete and will be in incomplete adjacancy

The difference between DMVPN Phase 2 and Phase 3 Â can be understood in terms of routing.

CCNA Certification is most famous networking Certification but competition level is very high just like some other IT domains like Java, PHP etc.
If you really want to establish a strong career in Cisco Networking, then i would suggest you to choose CCIE as your aim.
There will be many who will say CCIE is not for freshers or CCIE is very tough. CCIE is tough, but its worth it.
