I would suggest you to drop the idea of CCNA Security and complete your graduation first if possible.

Otherwise better to go for CCNP R&S instead of CCNA Security.

You can never get good salary package after doing Hardware and Networking course. Its better to upgrade your skills with the help of Cisco Career Certifications and you need to break the location barrier and join some reputed institution in Gurgaon or Bangalore.
