Hi dear Nikhil Verma.Actually my question was. your there is 2 publick ip. and the NID is 192.168.0.0 next NID is 192.168.0.4 , x.x.x.12 , x.x.x.16.now let me know if we assign in R1 s0 192.168.0.1 and 192.168..0.2 in s1 of R1.R2 have in s1 192.168.0.5 and 192.168.0.6 s1 of R2.where R3 have 192.168.0.9 and 192.168.0.10.Now let me know whether R3 can communicate or reach to s0 of R1 (192.168.0.1)

Hi Noor Sadat, I actually got confused with your question, See if the same subnet's  IPv4  address are configured  on the interfaces of two adjacent routers and they are directly connected to each other, then they will communicate with each other and would be able to ping each other too.
