Nope . Everything is correct . By default Switch have one broadcast domain (vlan 1) and each port having one collision domain ,
Hub = only one broadcast domain and one collision to all ports ( that's why it create collision )

As my fried you are saying that you have deleted your NVRAM,VLAN File,Running but still you are seen vtp interface showing in tbale..
can you please use this command to delete your VLAN All Information..

We can't configure intervlan by using layer2 device but we can configure svi on switch (layer3).
