You can use either static routing or any routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF etc.
But here I see that you might have typed a wrong network ID for the LHS LAN network. It should not be 192.168.1.0/25.
You also need to give a subnet network IPs between both the routers and run the specific protocol on both interfaces of both routers.

You can use parser view.
Let me give you basic configuration.Assume we have this topology:-
