New CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (v1.0)?

Hello,

I am already working as Network Admin in HCL Tech, and have 8 years of experience in the same, I have done CCNA certification in the past and post that learned by my hands-on experience during my tenure of 8 years in the same field, 

I want to do CCIE for a better Salary package and also to improve my skills, but as I am working already and can't attend any physical class so how can I learn ? as for the new CCIE also there is LAB & Written, Theory part is okay but how I will access the LAB to practice? will you provide LAB access also through any VPN etc.. ?
