Is it possible to Intercept HTTP Requests and Respond 302 Redirect using TAP/SPAN/Mirror Port Traffic?
In an Enterprise Network, Is it possible to Intercept HTTP Requests and Respond 302 Redirect using TAP/SPAN/Mirror Port Traffic
All the end users traffic towards Internet (RX/TX) will be mirrored to the New Device, where we need to examine the HTTP Headers and apply some logic to decide whether to redirect or not. If redirect required, we need to send 302 response to users, so that the users will be taken the redirected page in their web browser.
if possible, Kindly suggest how to achieve.. the required software and hardware for serving about 1 gbps http throughput
Yes if you are performing man in the middle attack sought of thing.
TAP/SPAN/Mirror these are techniques used for traffic mirroring .You can save all ur traffic to a server called network analyzer.
I dont think so this network analyzer can take decision on the basis of actual server,.
