I'm having DHCP connected to backup router (VRRP) and master is up and running but there is no connectivity between Master and DHCP server, will my PC get an ip from dhcp server and they both are in same vlan?

Hi Nilay
your Pc will get ip address in this case because backup router is connected to the dhcp server . In FHRP Backup router can share and forward management plane or control plane traffic so your dhcp packet are control plane traffic so that your pc will get ipadd..
