Hello Shishir Saxena,
First of a very frank advice from my side would be that you focus on your grammar skills as it makes a lot of difference while you sit for an interview.
Coming to your question that would you get a better job if do the course and not the certification, well honestly to me having a certification does makes a difference.
For example if i am the interviewer and i have 2 candidates both having equal knowledge and are equally talented i would consider the one who is CISCO certified. See you need to understand that having something is always beneficial than saying orally that yes you are equally talented if compared to a CCNA guy.
So my advice would be that if you are looking for a better job opportunity, then you must pursue with a CCNA course and then clear the exam as well.
I hope i have cleared all your doubts.
CHEERS THANKS !! :)
