I want to give CCIE enterprise v.1 exam is it advisable to prepare for exam from 1 Feb 2020 or one should wait few months so LAB will stable .?

Yes, you must start preparing Now.

If you have already cleared the CCIE written exam then you must be ready for the CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure V.1 lab exam.

But If you are not CCIE written exam certified then you must prepare for the new qualifying exam i.e ENCOR.

It's completely different from the previous written exam, so I suggest starting your preparation as soon as possible.
