How to configure PPPoe without NATing on a c890x series router connected with a BSNL Broadband router as the ISP running bridged mode?

We have one of our customers who have a Cisco c890x (c892) series router and they want to configure PPPoe without NATing (running IPsec tunnel) with a BSNL Broadband router running on bridged mode; as the ISP.

We are receiving PADI timer expired as the error logs on the router.

If the NBians trainers could help us with this, we would be greatly thankful.

Can you please share the configuration of cisco router and bsnl modem and also network diagram so that i can be able to help you in a better way .
