CCNA --  Cisco Certified Network Assosiate

ICND1 -- Interconnecting Network Devices Part 1

ICND2 -- InterConnecting Network Devices Part 2

 

So if you directly give CCNA Exam ( Complete Sllaybus )  you will get only one certificate and Giving two exams ICND1 and ICND2 will provide you two certificates  CCENT and CCNA as well as you are dividing sllaybus of exam into two Parts.
