Cheksum error while rebooting in ROMMON mode?

Router is rebooting itself continuously, how can I stop it first and then resolve the below error ?

c181x-advipservicesk9-mz.124-15.T13.bin

Error : compressed image checksum is incorrect 0xF77ED5C0
        Expected a checksum of 0xF77EE628

I tried booting it from flash: but unsuccessful. Unable to enter into CLI Mode from ROMMON mode..

try installing a new IOS this time, may be the image you have is currupted

Connect router to TFTP server using port fa0/0.

Verify that IOS  checksum should be  MD5 verified.
