Can i configure my network to access only specific websites ?

Hey, i was wondering if i could do this on network level, to the point of no return. I already know how to access control on router level i just want to know if this is possible and if it is how ?

Yes you can do it by adding a WEB SENSE to your network which will perform URL Filtering at the network perimeter.
