I did MCA and i know basic networking concepts, can i do CCNA course and if yes then which CCNA module is good and having scope.

Yes definately you can do CCNA after MCA . And for you , it will be easy to understand modulaes of CCNA. I have one of friends who has done MCA and after that done CCNA and for her is was easy to understand concepts of CCNA after MCA Course.
